At the time that I picked up this book I was looking for a “spark,” something motivational to help get from where I was to where I wanted to go. Let me just say that the “The Success Principles” was that and a whole lot more.
The book is laid out in in a very logical manner. It starts with walking you through understanding how you got to where you are now. Then it helps you figure out for yourself where you’d like to go, or what you’d like to become. Then it wraps up with teaching you “tried and true” methods for getting there.
While I haven’t achieved all my goals since reading this book, I have lost 25 pounds, and went from only being able to do a slow jog for two minutes to running three 5K’s a week at over 7mph.
Conclusion: I’ve read quite a few self-help and motivation books this year, but in my opinion “The Success Principles” is the “cream of the crop.” So if you feel you need a “spark” or some “motivation” to get to your goal, I highly recommend this book.
